SEB SelectedArt Direction, Concept
SEB Selected is an exclusive black card given to SEB’s Private Banking customers. The experience of receiving the card to accessing information online was lacking the exclusive touch, and thus the task of redesigning the concept and customer journey was done together with a user experience designer. The project included a research phase where we looked at the market from an exclusive perspective, and where SEB Selected fits in. The concept we defined was that SEB Selected should be portrayed as an exclusive membership card, and the most important aspect for receiving that is in the quality of service. However we also set the tonality in imagery, written words, colours and focus on details such as quality of paper and texture.
